2 slices of thick sliced bacon, cut in half
1 D’anjou Pear, sliced
1 tblsp Raspberry jam
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Delicious bread of your choice
Cook the bacon to your desired doneness. Drain of the majority of bacon grease, leave enough to cook the sliced pears. Add the sliced pears and raspberry jam to the pan stirring to make sure that the pears are evenly coated with jam. Cook until the pears are just softening and remove from the heat. Assemble your sandwich and enjoy!
