2 cans lychee in syrup
Juice and zest of one lemon
¼ cup Dessert Gewurztraminer
Place ingredients in to blender and blend until smooth. Chill mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Meanwhile set up your ice cream maker.
Freeze the mixture like you would a conventional ice cream. Once the sorbet is finished I recommend you put it in the freezer for a least an hour to overnight, if you can. This gives the sorbet time to set up.
