Product Details
The 2006 vintage was one characterized by a warm to hot fall that was saved by a large rain shower that slowed down harvest. This gave our Foch a chance to develop a round richness on the palette that will allow it to age nicely. The earthy aromas of mushroom and forest floor are always present with Foch. On the palette one will find plum, and loganberry along with other dark purple fruits. Serve with winter vegetables and mushroom dishes, with blue cheese encrusted grilled steak, or leg of lamb.
