Product Details

Marechal Foch is a hybrid grape that is more primitive or rustic in character. The color is almost eggplant as it is such a dark wine. The palate of the wine is purple/black fruit such as plums and loganberry. With an earthier finish, this wine pairs well with winter vegetables, that have been oven roasted or grilled. If you enjoy wild mushrooms, lambs, or cuisine from the Mediterranean, this is the wine for you.
