The 2012 Oregon Oak Barrel Select Pinot Noir is the sixth installment of our Oregon Oak series. 2012 was the Goldielocks vintage, neither too hot nor too cold.  Tucked away in the warehouse since 2013, this wine is ready to be enjoyed!   This wine pairs well with Ragout of beef short rib and smoked salmon, to lamb sausage stuffed mushrooms.
