Wine club pick-up party

If you are not part of the August Cellars Wine Club here is one of the things you are missing. Every second Saturday of a shipment month (March, June and November), wine club members are invited to come pick up their shipment and to be treated to a complementary food and wine pairing. The recipes for the food that is prepared are included in the wine club shipment. These recipes are original and were created by our Le Cordon Blue trained chef/ tasting room manager specifically for the wines of each shipment.

The wines of the November shipment are the 2007 Chardonnay,  2006 Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley.
